About the artwork
It’s early (so early that you still can see the stars in the sky!) in the morning, and the local fishermen are the only ones awake at this hour. They are out trying get their catch with these nets, and it’s pretty incredible that you still today can see the fishermen using the same techniques and fishing in the same place. On the other hand it’s not that hard to understand why – who wouldn’t wanna go fishing right outside the castle of Stockholm?
