We use GLS for shipments within Europe. We use the Finnish or Swedish Postal company, or UPS (during the pandemic), outside Europe.
We always try to ship within 1-4 working days after receiving the order. After that the shipping company have their standard delivery time (which we can’t affect), depending on where you live.
You will as a customer receive an order confirmation by e-mail after ordering and another when the product(s) have been dispatched from us.
We need complete and correct delivery information to be sure your order will reach you, including full postal address, phone number and e-mail address. We do not take responsibility for orders with incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
Please note that customers are responsible for all possible taxes or tariffs if orders ship outside the EU.
If you order a poster (delivered in a poster tube) at the same time as another product (for example a book) your order will probably be sent in two separate packages.
