You have the right to return your product \u2013 no questions asked \u2013 within 14 days after receiving the products. This requires that the product is completely unused. When returning a product always include your order confirmation in the package, thank you, and inform us in advance to posters@cometosweden.se<\/a><\/p>\n Please see the return address below.<\/p>\n But please note that not picking up your package is not the same as cancelling the order or returning it. If you do not pick up your order you will be charged with the extra costs for returning the products to us, and you will not get a refund for your order.<\/p>\n In case of faulty products we will send you new ones with no extra cost. We kindly ask you to email posters@cometosweden.se<\/a>. Please list your name, your order number and the products ordered and tell us what was wrong with the products, and include a picture.<\/p>\n You will then be given instructions how to proceed with the return.<\/p>\n All returns should be sent to the address below. Please inform us first by mailing posters@cometofinland.fi with all relevant order information.<\/p>\n Come to Sweden Publishing AB posters@cometosweden.se \n\t\t\tYour withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
